What is digital psychology
Digital psychology is a gentle way of looking at yourself through your number chart: not fortune-telling, but a tool that helps you understand yourself, your strengths and your growth areas better.
The number chart is built from your date of birth and name. The time and place of birth are not needed.
The main numbers
- Consciousness Number — calculated from the day of birth.
- Action Number — calculated from the full date of birth; it is about how a person acts in their affairs and in everyday life.
- Personal year — calculated from the day and month of birth and the calendar year; the annual forecast is built on it.
- Matrix of innate energies — shows your strengths and what is worth developing.
- The name numbers — name energy, soul number and personality number — are calculated from the letters of the name.
Who prepares the readings
The readings and consultations are the original work of Margarita Dimitrova, a certified digital psychology specialist and coach. She completed professional retraining in the “Digital Psychology” programme at the Academy of Additional Professional Education and Development of Modern Competencies (ADPO); the diploma was issued on 17 July 2025.
