2. What data we collect
- The name and date of birth you provide for the reading.
- An email address for delivering the reading and for contact.
- Payment details are processed by the payment provider (Stripe / YooKassa); we do not store card numbers.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and functional cookies.

4. Who we share data with
We use a limited set of trusted service providers:

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep data
- Order data and readings — for as long as needed to provide the service and support.
- Payment and accounting records — for the period required by law.
- Enquiries — up to 24 months, then deleted.
6. International transfers
When transferring data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. To do so, write to [email protected].
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access restrictions and other technical and organisational measures. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk), but we'd appreciate the chance to resolve the matter directly first.
