This document is a public offer by Dimva Ltd (reg. no. 16068163) — hereinafter the «Provider» — to supply services under the «Digital Psychology» / Margarita Dimitrova brand on the site tvoykod.com. By paying for an order, you (hereinafter the «Client») accept the terms of this offer in full.
1. Subject
The Provider supplies: (a) written numerological readings (personal reading, compatibility reading, annual forecast and bundles) as an electronic document (PDF) delivered by email; (b) individual online consultations by video call and consultation packages.
2. Price and payment
- Current prices are shown on the site at the time the order is placed.
- Payment for written readings is made online by bank card through a payment service (Stripe; for Russian cards — YooKassa). Consultations are booked directly with Margarita.
- The Provider does not store bank card details.
3. Delivery
The written reading is generated and sent to the email provided at checkout automatically after successful payment, usually within a few minutes. Please enter a correct address and check your «Spam» folder.
4. Refunds
Refund terms are described in the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer.
5. Nature of the service
The services are informational and advisory in nature and are intended for self-knowledge. More in the Disclaimer.
6. Intellectual property
All materials (reading texts, design, brand) belong to the Provider and are supplied to the Client for personal use. Their resale and public distribution without written consent are not permitted.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for decisions made by the Client on the basis of the materials received.
